Try it for free before you ever pay — that's the whole point of the Free tier. Because of that, here's our stance on refunds once you do purchase.
Try before you buy: the Free tier gives you 3 real scans, with no time limit, using the full deterministic review engine — enough to genuinely evaluate whether ConfGoOne works for you before spending anything.
Because the Free tier already lets you fully evaluate the product before purchasing, we do not offer refunds once a Pro or Enterprise license key has been issued. This applies to all billing terms — monthly, 6-month, and yearly.
We'll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if:
To request one, email support@confgoone.com with your order details and the reason. We'll respond within a few business days.
For monthly, 6-month, or yearly terms, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewal — your license stays active for the remainder of the term you already paid for, and simply won't renew afterward. There's no partial refund for the unused portion of a current term, consistent with the policy above.
If a refund is approved, it's issued back to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
